Digi Exam Notes sells only digital educational products such as PDF Books, Study Notes, Mock Tests, Practice Sets and other downloadable learning resources. Since all products are delivered instantly after successful payment, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment was successful but the product was not delivered.
• You purchased the wrong product due to a verified technical error on our website.
• The purchased file is permanently corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Digital product has already been downloaded.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
• You no longer need the product.
• You expected different content than described.
• You failed to read the product description before purchase.
• Compatibility issues caused by your own device or software.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, please contact us with your payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and bank, typically between 5–10 business days.

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased files, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
